A Leblas gift is a precious experience. We want you ( or your loved one) to feel that the piece you have chosen is absolutely perfect. Please feel free to order now and try it on at home, you can return it to us free of charge within 30 days of purchase with the security tag intact and the orginal packaging.See return instructions below for full details on how to send an item back to us.

Deliveries

Your Leblas order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been approved. Leblas uses Royal Mail Special Delivery TM for each order. Please note that the delivery will require a signature on arrival.

We offer a free delivery service worldwide. Please refer to the table below for expected delivery times depending on location.

Please note, duties and taxes incurred at the point of entry to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

All of Leblas jewellery comes packaged in beautiful boxes.

Returns

All items of jewellery except bespoke commission pieces are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt of delivery. All items must be returned with their security tag intact, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase and a clearly written RAN number.

A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) number must be requested from Leblas before you return the jewellery. To request a Returns Authorisation please email customerservices@leblas.com, quoting your order number and the reason for return. We will then issue you with a RAN if the item is returnable.

Please pack the item carefully:

1) Use the original box and packaging where possible.

2) If the item is not faulty, the security tag must be intact.

3) Include clearly completed paperwork.

Please write the RAN and reason for return clearly on the returns section of your invoice. Please also write the RAN on the front of the package.

For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us which we will refund back onto your card once we have received the goods and checked they are in accordance with points one to three listed above.

We request that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery™ for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost or stolen in transit.

A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund we will contact you directly.

Exchanges are possible, but only if the item is available. Exchanges will only be dispatched once the returned item has been received in an appropriate condition.

Your bespoke jewellery can be refunded or exchanged if found to be faulty but Leblas reserves the right to repair the item first.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
