There is an easy 4-step process towards crafting your perfect jewellery piece: 1. Make an appointment to meet with our designers for a one-to-one consultation. You will be able to browse through the boutique for inspiration, and discuss your ideas and requirements. Alternatively, if you cannot make it into our London jewellery boutique, you are always welcome to send us images and descriptions from anywhere in the world. 2. Once a few initial drafts are created, you are then able to decide on any changes and finalise the jewellery designs to exactly what you had in mind. Estimated quotes are provided for each of the jewellery designs. There is no commitment required at this point. 3. When you are happy with the final jewellery bespoke design and quote, we will simply require a non-refundable 50% deposit in order to commence the manufacturing of your bespoke piece. 4. The most exciting moment is here! You receive a phone call that your jewellery is ready. You can come to collect the jewellery or we can post it directly to you via worldwide recorded delivery. At this point, we require the final 50% payment, and you can take the treasure for the rest of your life!
